Core Valley Lines
A detailed programme of works developing the railway network around the South of Wales. Works include Track improvements, electrification of over 170km of track, and various signal hardware and software upgrades.
A Programme of works was developed and managed within Primavera Enterprise Planning software (P6) where multiple contractor schedules were integrated and assured.
