Energy

We have extensive experience in providing a comprehensive Project Controls solution for clients and owners across many sectors of the energy industry. We have worked on Oil and Gas projects (Topsides, Subsea, and Onshore) across the world, seeing them through the entire Project lifecycle to Handover and Operations.

In support of the Government’s Net Zero Strategy (Build Back Greener), we bring experience in Nuclear (New Build, Operations and Decommissioning), with the ability to manage and assure the many constituent parts of these complex programmes.

  • Kizomba

The Kizomba Subsea Project, undertaken off the coast of Angola, is a significant offshore oil and gas development initiative aimed at enhancing production capabilities in the region's deepwater resources. This project involved the installation of advanced subsea infrastructure, including pipelines, risers, and subsea processing facilities, to facilitate the extraction and transportation of hydrocarbons.

Its implementation required meticulous planning and coordination among multiple stakeholders, with an emphasis on project controls to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Given the complexities of subsea operations and the need for rigorous risk management, the Kizomba Project exemplified the critical role of forensic schedule delay analysis

  • Horizon Nuclear New Build

The Horizon Nuclear Project, which aimed to develop new nuclear power is a subsidiary of Hitachi. The project was designed to address the growing energy demands in the UK while reducing carbon emissions, and contributing to the UK’s commitment to sustainable energy.

The development focused on the construction of two Advanced Boiling Water Reactors (ABWR) at Wylfa Newydd in Wales, with another plant targetted for Oldbury, England
